Hide detailsKathmandu. This young Buddhist monk had a penchant for shooting everything and everyone with a harmless cap gun. He had begun appearing in the laneway every couple of days, in the period between the celebratory Hindu Dasai and Diwali festivals, terrifying chickens and children.
