30 Rock's roster of guests glitters as brightly as ever tonight with the return of Edie Falco, much loved as the perennially conflicted Carmela Soprano, playing Jack's improbable love interest C.C., a liberal congresswoman trying to destroy his parent company because it turned some children orange. C.C. and Jack face a decisive point in their relationship when she wants to go public about the affair, but Jack (Alec Baldwin) doesn't. His declaration of love for his "hippy dippy mamma" before friends is very funny. Meanwhile, Liz (Tina Fey) struggles to keep the show within the show's vying stars Tracy and Jenna happy after Jenna receives an award and Tracy threatens to give up and try that crystal meth everyone's talking about. To paraphrase Jack, Tina Fey and her cast squeeze the sweetest juice out of their mind grapes. More bizarre than the norm but no less funny, this episode also has a kooky cameo by leading Democrat political strategist James Carville.
